Is there a trial period for the different plans?
We don't offer trial periods for the plans. However, you can check out our free plan and explore the features before upgrading to paid plan.
Can I switch between plans?
Certainly! You can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan, at any time, to find the one that best suits your evolving requirements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and online payment methods to ensure a convenient and secure transaction process.
Do you have any cancellation fees?
No, we do not charge any cancellation fees. You can continue using all Connektivo's features until the end of your current billing cycle. As long as you cancel before the next renewal date, you will not be charged again.
Are there any hidden fees beyond the displayed cost?
No, the subscription cost covers all the features listed under each plan. There are no hidden fees on Connektivo. But you have to pay seperately for WhatsApp messaging charges to Meta. Is there a setup fee for using the WhatsApp API?
No, there is no setup fee for using the WhatsApp API. Please check our guide on how to setup WhatsApp API.
How do I handle Meta payments?
WhatsApp messaging charges are post-paid. These are billed directly by Meta on their portal based on your usage. During API setup, you add payment method on Meta. Meta automatically charges your saved payment method once you reach a certain threshold. This threshold is initially lower but gradually increases as you send more messages and pay more bills.
